‘Pete’ (Pietro) hails from Campo di Giove in the Abruzzi region of Italy, east of Rome. After emigrating to Australia, he worked at the FIRST pizza shop in Australia, Toto’s in Lygon Street, Carlton. Pete has since developed his art over 45 years of creating pizza, the past 19 years spent right here on the Sunshine Coast.
Pete’s mantra is simple: quality ingrediants, fresh, every day. He makes his own bases and creates his own sauces, setting his pizzas and pasta dishes apart from anything you will find on the coast.
The food is authentic, it’s fresh and it’s guaranteed to please your taste buds, all the while created by a family business with a warm and friendly welcome every time you visit.
